About the Baptist Health Care Standards of Performance

At Baptist Health Care we are committed to providing the highest quality health care to those we serve. Our culture is a powerful resource. It dictates customer loyalty. BHC Standards of Performance outline positive behaviors that guide us in delivering consistent, high-quality care that every customer deserves.

We use the word "customer" to describe those individuals who depend on our expertise. Customers are our patients and clients, their families, physicians, visitors, vendors and co-workers. "Customers" are anyone we serve. These Standards define the consistent behaviors that our customers can always expect from all Baptist Health Care team members.
