Managed Care Contracting

Stephanie Ramon Collins serves as the Corporate Director of Managed Care for the Baptist Health Care Corporation (BHC). She is the lead negotiator for facility contracting which includes 4 acute care facilities, a free-standing surgery center, a sub-acute facility, a home health agency and durable medical company, and multiple outpatient rehabilitation sites. Julie Taylor serves as the Contract Administrator for the Baptist Health Care Corporation. Her primary role is to provide support to the staff of the Corporation in administering the terms of the managed care contracts. She is the primary contact for arranging meetings with provider realations staff of the various payors. Jacqui Travis serves as the Managed Care Information Systems Analyst. This includes maintenance of managed care and government payer contract terms in the Ascent Contract Management System.

Larry Williams negotiates all behavioral medicine contracts for inpatient and outpatient Psychiatric and Substance Abuse services provided by Lakeview Center, Inc. He serves as the primary contact if contracting for these services. He can be reached at (850) 469-3505 or [email protected].
