Set along the crystal clear
waters of the Gulf Coast, Baptist Health Care is almost paradise. With a
community strong in health care, BHC represents the largest employer in
Escambia County. Through the years, Baptist Health Care has evolved to become
the largest health care system and non-governmental employer in the panhandle,
with approximately 5,000 employees. BHC includes five hospitals, two
comprehensive outpatient diagnostic facilities, a long-term care facility and
outstanding inpatient and outpatient behavioral medicine facilities and
programs in Northwest Florida and South Alabama. In five decades, our
