Aftercare

Prior to discharge, clients develop a plan of action for their recovery program. Our staff members help clients find 12-step meetings located in their areas. They also help them connect with local resources and follow up with original referral sources. If additional support is identified as part of complete treatment, we help connect clients to those resources.

We also connect clients and families living in our area to Continuing Care groups. These support groups are free and available as long as our patients and families want to attend. These family Continuing Care groups are available in Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. We also offer these support groups weekly at The Friary.
