Baptist Clinical Research conducts research in all areas of medicine and participates in drug, device and psychological clinical research projects. Research studies coordinated by Baptist Clinical Research come from a variety of sponsors including the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government and academia.

Baptist Clinical Research was originally created within the Wound Center of Baptist Hospital to meet the increasing demands for participation in research. We enrolled patients in our first clinical trial in 1999 though Baptist Health Care research experience dates back to the late seventies.

We are a dedicated, multidisciplinary clinical research department which can provide full clinical services for inpatient and outpatient studies. Our experienced investigators and dedicated research staff provide quality data collection for each phase of research.
