SHAPE (Substance-Abuse HIV Assessment & Prevention Education) Program

This specialized service offers HIV/hepatitis/STD/substance abuse education; free, rapid and confidential HIV testing and counseling; and linkage to HIV-related medical and support services. SHAPE provides a comprehensive approach to HIV and substance abuse prevention among young adults, communities of color, re-entry populations and other persons at high-risk for HIV infection.

The SHAPE Program of Lakeview Center Inc. provides rapid HIV Testing (Clearview) services on-site, by appointment, at various off-site locations and at community events. Other services include educational presentations to community groups and street outreach/brief interventions for persons indigenous to high-risk environments.
