Patient Information and Guides

The Mission of our organization is to improve the quality of life for all families living along the Gulf Coast area. Given that consideration, we also want your quality of hospital stay to be excellent when and if you need our care. We understand your goal is to stay healthy and away from a hospital or clinic, but should you need us, our compassionate staff will deliver quality care. Our patient-centered focus helps us ensure we meet individual needs to include everything from effective communication to bedside quality.

See the guide below for the hospital most convenient to you:

Language Assistance

We want to help you understand your health care. To ensure effective communication with our patients and their family/companions who are limited in English proficiency (LEP) or who are deaf, hard of hearing, vision impaired and/or blind, Baptist Health Care will provide the appropriate auxiliary aids and services free of charge.

Auxiliary aids and services include, but are not limited to foreign language and sign language interpreters, teletypewriters (TTYs), written materials, telephone handset amplifiers, assistive listening devices, telephones compatible with hearing aids and closed captioned televisions.

For assistance, please ask your nurse or request to speak with the house supervisor (ADON) by calling:
